Why we collect it
To match riders with drivers, calculate fares, verify drivers, prevent fraud, comply with SA law, and support you.
Who we share it with
Only the driver assigned to your trip (name, phone, pickup, dropoff), and authorities where legally required.
Your rights
Under POPIA you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact privacy@kasirides.co.za.
Retention
We keep trip records for accounting, safety and legal purposes. Documents are kept for as long as you drive with us.
