Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By using Kasi Rides you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. The service
Kasi Rides connects riders and senders with independent, vetted drivers for on-demand transport and courier services within South Africa.
3. Payments
Fares are shown before you confirm a trip. Payment can be made in cash or by card. Kasi Rides charges the driver a service fee; the balance is paid out to the driver.
4. User conduct
You agree to treat drivers, riders and property with respect. Threats, harassment, damage, or illegal items in transit are grounds for immediate suspension.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations after driver dispatch may incur a small fee to compensate the driver for their time.
6. Liability
Kasi Rides is a technology platform. Drivers are independent contractors. We do not accept liability for delays, losses or damages beyond what is required by South African consumer law.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app.
